Coast to Coast, Universal Destinations & Experiences Celebrates Volunteerism

Universal Destinations & Experiences team members gathered this past week for a special celebration of Club 52, a long-standing volunteer community that remains a cornerstone of the company culture.

Club 52 comprises team members who complete at least 52 hours of volunteer work in a calendar year. As a result of their efforts, members receive the opportunity to submit a UGive Grant, funded by Universal Destinations & Experiences, to benefit a qualified organization of their choice.

For the first time, this year’s event took place on both coasts domestically, celebrating Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort team members. Leaders spoke about the program’s impact, noting a record-breaking 94,014 hours earned in 2025. The event also brought team members together to share the next chapter: the introduction of a new global volunteer program.

Team members around the world have built an incredible legacy, and that foundation has shaped a new global volunteer program and brand that brings unified benefits and recognition to colleagues everywhere. For many, this continues years of service and leadership within their local communities. For others, it opens the door to new volunteer opportunities and programming.

This new program reflects the shared purpose behind every act of service — to contribute to a powerful, collective effort that uplifts and strengthens communities. Team members across the globe can now participate in Club 52, access UGive Grants and enjoy a new T-shirt featuring a refreshed logo.

But this new look is a reflection of years of service, smiles and dedication.

The volunteer community is stronger than ever, and the company is ready to amplify its impact even further. Together, team members will continue building something meaningful, one hour and one action at a time.
