Universal Kids Resort Hosts Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County for a Special Sneak Peek

As part of a special sneak peek of the brand-new Universal Kids Resort, nearly 400 children from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County were among the first to experience Universal’s first-ever theme park specifically designed with kids in mind.

Team Members greeted the children and their chaperones as they arrived at the front entrance of the park, welcoming them into the seven themed lands filled with experiences made just for them.

“One of the most rewarding parts of preparing to open Universal Kids Resort has been welcoming children into the park and seeing their reactions firsthand,” said Dan Cuffe, Vice President and General Manager of Universal Kids Resort. “We were thrilled to welcome the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County and share this special preview as part of our ongoing commitment to the North Texas community.”

This visit is part of Universal Destinations & Experiences’ longstanding partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Across the company, Universal teams work with local Clubs to create memorable experiences for young people, including special previews of new destinations and attractions.

Universal Kids Resort officially opens in Frisco, Texas on July 1.
